The interview process was smooth - the team was genuinely excited about 6sense and the future of the company. I enjoyed the conversations I had with each team member. The team had feedback for me fairly quickly after the interview process. I had a positive experience!

Interview
The interview process was driven directly by the hiring manager, and moved smoothly with the help of constant communication. After 2 phone screens, I was brought on-site to meet with the co-founder, a member of the Sales leadership team, and quick meeting with the hiring manager who had screened me on the phone. After my onsite visit, I had one more call with the hiring manager - this was helpful in allowing me to ask all my questions and get a complete understanding of the role, outside of an interview setting.
