I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 8x8 (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard for the market place. I met with multiple VPS for the role and HR. Overall the experience was fine and 8x8 moved quickly. This was pretty standard for the market place.
Applied online. Few hits on my LinkedIn profile, followed by an email from HR then automated interview call booking, a good & relaxed phone call, after the interview the HR said, I could hear back by EOW which didn't happen.
Followed later by an automated rejection.
Given the reputation of the company, the post-interview process leaves much to be desired - a conveyor belt-like approach.
