HR + tech screen + multiple rounds of behavioral. Nothing hard or fancy, but lots of potential rounds. HR was the typical HR interview. Nice enough. Technical screen was ok but HM took his headphones off halfway through the interview like he didn't want to be there and that killed it for me. Then they threw the laziest bangers ever at you... Tell me about a conflict you had with a coworker... Why should we hire you? Questions that offer you more signal on the type of people you'd be working with than the interviewer would get from your answers.
