They were pretty professional throughout the entire process until the last stage, which seemed very rushed and unprepared. I was told they were interested but somehow in the end, they said that the position was filled because of fierce competition. The next day I saw a posting on the university website recruiting again.

They told me to bring my laptop to take notes.. I asked if I could just use a notebook and pen. They said no... Also they took nearly 4 months to reach back out and some HR person told me it would be a 3 years "contract" with non negotiable salary. Place is a joke.
