Interview
The interview/hiring process for myself seemed to follow the pattern as others have experienced. Was a 4-step process.
1. Initial telephone screening from HR
2. Telephone conversation with one of the employees at location of employment
3. Face-to-face interview with your supervisor, office manager, counsel
4. Telephone call with office Partner - official "welcome aboard" for hire.
The overall process was a positive experience. There were two stages, the first stage was a get to know you and then the second stage was speaking to the partner/directors.
