Meeting with recruiter 2.) General interview with future manager. 3.) Technical interview with partner. 4.) Onsite meeting with department head.

Technical interview was a role play scenario with a CTO that should be fairly easy for anyone with experience in IT consulting. They let you know the discussion topic ahead of time so that you can prepare.
It was a technical interview with several partners. After my technical expertise was vetted, significant time was spent on assessing my fit from a cultural standpoint. I really appreciated the amount of rigor to ensure it was a good fit.
