Applied online then phone screen then in person. They were not honest from the start. The day before interview, they said I will be interviewed by 3 people and there won't be any tests, just sit down talk with some simple verbal SQL questions. But on interview day, I met a interviewer who was not the same person mentioned. Not only that, I was given a surprise written SQL test. After we were done, the interviewer said I will meet another team member. Instead later I was told no ones currently available to interview me any further. Right off the bat I knew something was fishy. Week later they called saying they are not moving forward because I couldn't answer all questions. First, I don't see the logic behind not considering someone just based on an SQL test. Second, how can you tell someone to come in to meet with 3 people and then said no ones is available? Very unprofessional and dishonest! Stop wasting people time!!
