Interview
They have a head count requirement. Its a SIGNIFICANT part of their pay. So if they are low on head count, as long as you dont act irrationally during the interview youll probably get hired. If they at headcount already. You will get shoved out the door. Its nothing personal, just the fact in a high turnover sales environment.
The whole process was quick. I talked with a recruiter who asked me to meet with the sales manager. The same day, I had an offer letter and a request for background and drug test. The background test took a few days, but I think the process was less than a week.
