A lot of turnover inside this organzation so they are constantly looking for new people. Not very difficult process. Looking for warm bodies. Got the feeling they bring in mutiple people if you make it great, if you don't on to the next group
Easy. Looking to hire any motivated individuals. Be confident and everything will work out fine. Speaking skills are important as you will need to speak with many customers. Clear and concise communication

Interview
The interview process was very conversational. It was relaxed yet professional. Be prepared to discuss who you are and go into it knowing if you want to be 100% commission or not.
Fairly easy over all cant complain the interviewer was very nice and knowledgeable made sure that i felt comfortable throughout the process response was quick as well and she knew her stuff
