The best part of my experience was the amazing treatment I had by the recruiter. She even helped prepare me for the interviews which really surprised and super impressed me. She took a lot of her time after work to accommodate my crazy schedule and reviewed the job offer and benefits with me which really helped me in my decision to join. She did not pressure me to accept like many other recruiters try to do, but instead, I believe she wanted what was best for me and reviewed all aspects of the offer in a fair manner with all its pluses and minus. It was almost like having my own private consultant!
