The recruiter reached out to me to ask if I was interested in a job posted (via linked in) & sent me link to apply. Did the initial screening and subsequent interviews. Zero feedback or follow up. I reached out to recruiter who then just ghosted me. When did this become a thing? I’ve done interviewing & hiring and everyone gets the professional courtesy of a response. Whether that response is an offer or to thank them for their time. Left a lasting impression of how they handle their HR/recruiting & a red flag in my book. Appreciate the heads up before it got further. Actions speak volumes.
