I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADT (Boca Raton, FL) in Oct 2011
Interview
The hiring process was hard and took a long time. I went through way more interviews then necessary to get the job. The questions were typical interview questions. I was impressed that they really tried to find the right candidate however the process is long, drawn out, and then the negotiations also took time.
