A recruiter contacted me over the phone. She then set up a series of two follow up face to face interviews at their district region office. All three interviews were fairly easy and simple. Their entire management staff seemed to be really friendly and made you feel comfortable. The actual office seemed to be rather dead not much action going on in terms of phones ringing or even much employees at their cubicles working? This made me think that they must be either really slow or most of their sales reps are out on calls or trying to generate business or sales leads. Even though the management seemed friendly and on the up and up, I was turned off by the low base compensation which pretty much disappears from your paycheck as you get more and more training also I was turned off my the constant driving all over LA and Southbay and all over other regions not just your local territory. I admire how honest they were and how fast they provided me an offer but I also got the impression that they were desperate to hire me and in need of some good candidates right away, which had me thinking why is turn over so high here?
