Had an initial interview with the hiring manager and an onsite with two HR Directors. Within a few days I received a call with an offer. The application process was simple and the interviews were scheduled in a timely manner. The onsite interview took place in the corporate offices in Boca Raton, FL. I was impressed with the building as soon as I walked in. There is a security guard who greats you with a smile and takes your picture for your visitors badge. But, I couldn't stop looking past the security guard ..... because behind him was this beautiful lobby (Main Street) with pavers, palm trees and gas street lamps. When I walked through Main Street there were employees on their lap tops sitting at table and other groups conducting meetings over their Starbuck's coffees sitting on sofas. From the moment I walked in the place had a cool vibe and great energy. I wanted the job before the onsite interviews even started!
