I recently went through the hiring process with ADT for and was given an oral offer after multiple rounds of interviews. However, after weeks of waiting for the formal offer letter, I was informed that the position was being put on indefinite hold due to internal reorganization and executive departures. While I understand that companies go through restructuring, it is highly unprofessional to extend an offer and then rescind it without prior warning. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, and I was left waiting for updates. The lack of transparency and consideration for candidates' time and career decisions is frustrating.
If you are considering applying to ADT, I would advise caution. Their hiring process appears to be unstable, and you could end up investing time in interviews only to be left without a job due to internal disorganization.
Lengthy and it took 5 rounds before meeting management in person. Lots of layers of meetings before a decision was made to even go for an in person interview. People were on time for interview
