I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AHEAD (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn with a gimmicky email that I normally would not have responded to but I'd heard positive things about the company so I agreed to a phone interview. It was a long conversation for a phone screening--about 45 minutes. Towards the end of what I felt was a pleasant conversation, the recruiter pressured me to give my current salary. I told him that we could discuss pay when I had a better understanding of what my role would be (I was told that there were multiple open positions he felt I would be a good fit for). He nevertheless insisted on knowing my current rate. At this point I got a bad feeling and told him I would rather not discuss pay any further. I never heard from him again even though the rest of our discussion went very well. I'm used to aggressive recruiters but something was off here. Overall, I left this brief interview process with a bad feeling. What's even more disconcerting is that this was an internal recruiter. Outside recruiters and staffing agencies are known for aggressive and unprofessional behavior but internal recruiters are usually a different breed. It's a shame because I think this is a company with some potential. They're just being poorly represented by their own people.
Panel with a peer and managers. It was a fun interview and everyone was super relaxed. They were transparent. They are outsourcing jobs, but I would have a large team locally.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AHEAD in Sep 2022
Interview
3 Interviews, Initial screening + Interview with Hiring Manager + Team Interview. The process wasn't bad and the communication was on point. The team interview was with 4 or 5 members on the team and was a roundtable discussion to gauge team fit.

Question 1
Nothing unexpected. The in person interviews were very conversational.
