Interview
My interview with AHEAD was the best interview process I've ever had. Everything from the initial phone call, to scheduling my on-site interviews at the Chicago office; the process and communication was seamless. I felt prepared for every conversation I was going into, and meeting the team I'd soon be joining made me feel like coming to this company was the right decision for me. I felt the interviewers not only made sure I was the right fit for the organization and the team, but gave me the opportunity to make sure they were a fit for what I was searching for as well. Everyone I met with demonstrated the down to earth and welcoming culture I have come to know at AHEAD and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
It was a total of 4 steps within 2-3 weeks. I met with 2 managers, a lead, and a director all separately and had my final round onsite. Rejection email 4 days later

Interview
Very lengthy for a recruiter position. Went through 4 interviews with many of them asking the same questions. While they were all very nice, this position should not be over 2 or 3 interviews at the very most. In addition, compensation was disclosed between $70-80k which is VERY low for a tech position.

Interview
The interview process was concise, yet extremely personable. I met with 2 different people within management, and 2 peers. It was nice to be able to learn the role from a few different perspectives. The interview process took less than a week!
