I was contacted the next day after I submitted the application. We set the time for an interview to a week later. On the day of the interview, a recruiter called me as scheduled. Conversation conducted in a very nice atmosphere, questions - as foretold - were about my work experience and motivation. Fater the questions, the recruiter explained in more detail the offer - all the questions I could have on this stage were answered before I got to ask - recruiter explained everything that should be explained. I applied for the position knowing it may possibly not meet my financial expectations, and indeed that was the case, and this is the reason we will not process further. We cleared up this topic in the first stage of the recruitment. Based on the interview, I have a very good impression of the company and would be glad to hear from them, for the position more suitable for the stage I am on in my professional life.
