I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AMS (London, England) in Jan 2011
Interview
Face to face with 2 managers and one client contact. This was not difficult as I had experience in doing the same role before. it felt more like a meeting to ensure that I would succeed at the company and work well with others who I would come in to contact with and manage (including client contacts). Pretty sensible and useful really.
The process was a two-stage interview with an initial assessment of general competencies and skills. The second round, involved a more in-depth, competency-based interview. In this stage, there was also a brief 5-minute presentation, showcasing the chosen topic.

Question 1
Describe a time when you practiced data driven decision making.
The interview process was very easy. There were some questions which were difficult but other than that I would definentally recommend this job. I wish the best of luck to everyone applying
Good process, but it was driven by the hiring manager rather than the centralised recruitment team, who are pretty poor at contact and getting back with feedback. Overall the process was pretty good
