I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AMS
Interview
She forgot that she was headhunting me and had reached out to me on LinkedIn about the opportunity. So it was a bit weird when she started asking me why I applied etc. I had to quickly correct up before moving on in the conversation.
It was clear the recruiter was unprepared for this interview. There was little she could answer for me around the opportunity, responsibility, team structure, culture, etc.
She was interested in moving me forward and wanted me to think about the opportunity and get back to her to see if I was interested in the next stage (which I told her I would get back to her with an answer and any questions).
When I reached out to her with some questions. I heard nothing back. Reached out twice.
Honestly, terrible experience. If you're headhunting for talent, maybe you should get back to them when they have questions while you're trying to sell the role?
