The entire process was very last minute and it was around the holiday season, so there was little flexibility in scheduling the interview. They also indicated that they needed to hire quickly so their timeline was very tight. I had to create/give a 10 minute presentation with less than a 24hr notice. There were two rounds of Teams interviews with one hour-long call. The hour-long call was a little odd due to some of the questions (ex: "You must have tons of offers from other companies, how can we know you will stay with us if we hire you?"). The phone screening was originally supposed to come before the video interviews, so that caused most of the confusion. The role I was interviewing for either got filled or cancelled, they were not very clear on that aspect.

The recruiter was completely disorganized, stretching a 30 minute screen to an hour because she couldn't find her stuff pertaining to the job. She told me that my qualifications made me an "ideal candidate," asked my availability over the next couple of days to meet with the hiring manager, and then... crickets, even after I tried following up. Completely unprofessional; I wouldn't be surprised if she lost my stuff 3 minutes after the screen.
