Overall interview was easy. 3-4 directors or coordinators will interview you. Questions are based off of your resume and some questions are generic interview questions. Have background knowledge about what headstart goals are and closing achievement gap.

Interview
Applied online through a job board. Contacted about 2 weeks later for phone interview. Another two weeks to hear anything after phone interview. Received a request for another phone interview. Waited 3 weeks to hear back. Received a call back for a "possible offer if I was still interested" but I declined.
Two phone interviews total process over 1 month. Follow-up process was poor and timelines for feedback weren't kept. I was told that this was a newly expanded position for this area however It would have been encouraging had they been more involved with the interviewing process.
