Interview
I applied for the Student Services Manager role and was contacted within a week for an initial phone interview. The phone interview was roughly 30 minutes. I was then contacted by email for a second phone interview and I was provided with an assignment and instructions that I would have to complete. After two phone interviews, I was invited for a half-day interview at Achievement First. I was sent a detailed agenda with those I would be interviewed by. I was a part of 5 interviews. I was interviewed by 1 or 2 people at once. Everyone was very friendly and I had a great interview experience.

I was asked general questions regarding the role I applied for. I was also asked to role play throughout some of my interviews. Role plays included scenarios with issues that could come up day to day, parents with frustrations or approaching fellow staff members with missed deadlines. Feedback was given on the spot.

You first submit your application and then you do a technical exam (two excel spreadsheet that basically ask you to analyze and present data) and then you do an interview.
The hiring manager was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There were three rounds -- one round of a data assignment, a phone screening, and then interview with the direct manager at the school.
