Ackermann Group interview questions

I had a phone interview covering the position and my qualifications, then was invited on-site to interview with the Regional Manager after completing post-interview tasks, including answering situational questions on handling resident complaints and interpreting financials. The on-site interview was conducted with the office door left open, with leasing and maintenance staff a few feet away and able to hear the full conversation. This is worth knowing if you plan to discuss compensation or your current employment situation. In my situation, the Regional Manager did not ask about a potential start date or desired compensation. The phone screening was noticeably more engaged than the on-site interview.
