Tom Ackermann, and his grandfather, Rudolph Ackermann, Dobbs set out to focus the business around one primary goal: to serve the community in a positive way.
Today, residential community ownership and management comprise the majority of the company’s business with a focus on communities in dependable markets. Our corporate headquarters is located
in Cincinnati, Ohio and we have invested in assets in Cincinnati, Charlotte, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis and Northern Kentucky.
