Interview
An HR employee reached out to me stating that my experience and education would be a good fit for the company and gave me the job description. I applied online and then was asked to schedule a FaceTime interview with the HR employee for a few days later. Was then selected for an in-person interview with the hiring manager the next day.
I ended up being interviewed by a manager, 2 employees (one of which had started with the company the week prior), 2 more employees, took a clinic tour with an administrative employee, and then met with the hiring manager. This was all over the time frame of 2 and 1/2 hours.
I interviewed at a different clinic location than what I had applied for; therefore, I was interviewing with people I would have never worked with. Ultimately, I believe the hiring manager was VERY late to the interview (mind you, there was inclement weather that day); I was never informed of their delay, just more interviewing. It was VERY clear that the 4 employees that interviewed me were not prepared and asked the same questions over and over; very tedious and very sophomoric.
I followed up with the HR employee the day after my in-person interview and received a generic automated email stating that my qualifications were not a match for the position.

Applied online and had a recruiter reach out to me via email after a few days to schedule a Face time interview. Recruiter was 10 mins late to interview and text me to reschedule. I rescheduled with the recruiter only to have to text a remind her.
Interview went well. She stated she would call back to schedule a tour the facility and meet the staff. After two days of no follow up and reached out to the recruiter and received a form email that I was not selected.
