I had a phone interview with the recruiter and we discussed my child care background. I was then told that next week she would call me to set me up with an in-person interview, she told me she would call at 1 p.m. but she didn't call so I called her at 1:30. I was then set up with an in-person interview a couple of weeks later and went to the center. I arrived 15 minutes early but still was called back late. I thought the interview questions were very juvenile and off the wall.
