I had an initial phone interview to talk about pay rates, hours, the company’s values, and my background in ABA! Then I had an in person interview where I was asked about my experience, what I’ve learned in my experience, what I want to learn, my strengths/weaknesses in the field, and answered some questions about how I would handle different situations. My final interview was with the regional team, they asked me about school and why I’m leaving my previous company and what I hope to gain with ABC.
