I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (San Antonio, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process started off with me waiting in the main lobby and getting to observe how the flow of the day goes. The staff interacted with each other in a professional and kind manner. I was then greeted by the Operations Manager, Amy, with a smile and very bubbly, welcoming energy! Meeting her and getting to start my interview felt natural, personable, and safe. She explained everything in great detail, gave feedback on any of my answers and made sure I had enough time to answer any questions or ask some of my own.
We then moved on to her giving me a tour of the center and I got to sit in with a BCBA and her assigned RBT's and observe what a typical workday would look like and ask further questions. Everyone was very sweet and welcoming as well! After we finished the observation portion, I was greeted by Amy again and I gave my final thoughts on how I feel about the environment and if it is a good fit for me.
Overall I had a great interview experience with ABC and I am excited to call it my new workplace!
