I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
Phone interview, Writing sample submission, then round of back to back in person interviews. The back to back in person interviews felt like a joke. None of them had been there long. All seemed to be unable to answer questions about the product support job role. While I was listening to them, I could see people on the product support team internet shopping on their nice big iMacs. Was told to expect another phone interview/skype with the Product Support team overseer as I was leaving, only to receive a generic email saying they were not selecting me at the time two days later. Disappointed, but the place is not focused, and going through "changes" as they put it. I don't think they know what they want.
Very through process. 1,5 hours interview process. 30 min each manager and various questions about you and you as a professional.
They will ask about tour previous experience and talk about different situations
