I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign
Interview
Horrible process, they ghosted me and never provided follow up especially after I was also a referral. Their recruiting email system kept sending me rejection emails multiple times. Was not a diverse company either.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign
Interview
Absolutely atrocious communication with this company. My first phone interview was completely missed by the recruiter. I sent two emails, one the day of and one the next day, following up. It took them multiple days to respond.
When we finally were able to have the phone conversation, the recruiter seemed largely disengaged and uninterested in getting to know me and my skills/experience.
It took over two weeks for them to let me know they'd made an offer to someone else. It's frustrating to know that they ghosted me while they continued interviewing other candidates, rather than let me know they would not be moving forward with me as soon as they'd made that decision.
