I was called for two interviews in early December. The first one with talent acquisition, the second one with the hiring manager. After the second interview I was told an answer on a third stage will come by end of that week. It didn't. As Christmas approached, I reached out to one of the TA who had contacted me to follow up. She said she was not involved (even though she arranged one of the interviews) and that her colleague who was in charge was gone for the holidays. I reached out to the hiring manager. Nothing. In January I emailed the TA person "in charge". No answer, from anyone. I'm so disappointed not only at not getting the job, but mainly at how unprofessional they behaved. A one-liner to candidates they interview twice and reject would be so much nicer than their insulting silence.
