I was interviewing for a director role and was right in the final stages where I was asked to give timeslots, but I had few questions since I was making a jump from my current settled job and wanted to make sure its worth the change. It took the company 7 days to get back and with a reply "they are moving forward with another candidate", which I figured since I did not have a response. If my questions triggered the disconnect, I guess the company should be transparent enough to share their issues and communicate in timely order. Very unprofessional and would never do business as a customer too. Transparency and communications are pillar and foundation for Company Culture which was not reflected in my interview experience.
