Oof. Cmon ActiveCampaign, I know you’re better than ghosting candidates. After seeing a job posting online I messaged the hiring manager who set up an interview & got along great. He then immediately sent me through to the recruiter to join the formal interview process. After making it all the way to the panel round where I spent 2 hours of my time interviewing with the team, ActiveCampaign ghosted me and reposted the job a few days later. There’s just no excuse for ghosting any candidate that made it past the phone screen imo.
