Interview
Internal recruiter reached out to me directly. Had a small screening interview where they asked the standard questions (interface vs. abstract class, left join vs. inner join), then I was given an online assessment that I took the next day, and finally having a technical video interview with one of their dev leads. After this interview I decided to no longer pursue this opportunity for personal reasons, but from what I understand there would've been another interview afterwards. The process was fast, I would say it would've taken under two weeks from initial screening call to offer.

Question 1
The coding challenge consisted of four questions: 1. Multiple choice question about delegates and what they do 2. Code optimization (convert nested for loops to LINQ) 3. Increment the numbers at the end of a string by one 4. Write a pretty complex SQL query that joins four tables. In the technical interview I was asked to explain why converting a few nested for loops to LINQ optimized the code (didn't have to iterate through a collection several times), and I was asked about extension methods and class inheritance.

Interview
It took around 2-3 weeks.
Initial screening also has some technical questions which are recorded.
1. Difference between IQueryable and IEnumerable
2. Is Singleton a anti pattern
Then had an online test, the questions were similar to ones already posted here on other comments.
Tech around with 2 team leaders - this is where I lost a bit of interest, as the one who had his camera on did not seem very enthusiastic, looked like he has been there long, was looking around during the interview.
The questions were OK again similar to what others mentioned, but I had to write SQL queries with subqueries during the call - they showed me the questions.
The turn off was, they use their own proprietary tool/framework which is .NET Framework with aspx web pages. I honestly did not want to go back 20 years.

Nice process with home task and recruiter call. Then I had an on-site interview with solution architect and senior or lead engineer, where we discussed potential tasks and how I could resolve them + base questions about .NET, databases, and software architecture
