At first stage, to interview with a few business group VP with numbers of candidate together.
At Second stage, to prepare a English presentation for Advantech's product which you can choose one of them from website your own.
At third stage if necessary, the middle level management of hiring group will interview you for final evaluating the competency and will, then making the final decision.

Question 1
Normal question for product manager such as the ethical dilemma, cross function conflict, risk management, and crisis management.
Pretty straightforward, but not structured. Applied, received a phone call with an invitation, took about a week or two for the entire process. No formal offer followed, but agreed verbally on the start date and salary.
Interview for Project Manager role. The process is short and good. Advanetch is good for new grad. But the Salary is not good enough. Need to compare to more same type company.
Adams DAQ, supervisor emphasize how busy how big scope they have, 1st with product director, 2nd with CEO. Both have 30mins English presentation, asking some questions about how to be a good pm.
