It was fairly informal. I was told about the position mostly, and I was asked if I had questions for them frequently. I was asked generic questions such as: "Why I decided to apply for this position?", "Are you willing to relocate?", "Tell me about your experience.".... etc.

I was assisted via a recruiter. I spoke with the regional manager prior to my interview and then I was interviewed. Overall the process was efficient and painless. The recruiter especially was helpful. However, the job description and the actual job were not consistent.
