I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aetna in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was pretty comprehensive. I spoke to 2 recruiters and the hiring manager about my experiences and what I was looking for. Overall it was a fairly typical process for an internship and the questions they asked were very direct. They we very interested in the person as a whole not just the work experience that I had.
This interview process was difficult to set up. The process was casual and easy to converse with the interviewer. They asked questions regarding why I was interested in the company and what I wanted to get out of it.
