Interview
I faced three rounds of interviews with a diverse group of representatives from different areas within the office. The first round was with Senior Account Managers within the Select and Key markets. I then interviewed with the managers of those departments. An interview with a Senior Sales Executive and the Market head followed.

Three tier interview process at the time of hire. First, I had a phone interview with an HR representative. Second, I came into the office and interviewed with the same HR rep and took a typing, 10-key, and personality test. Third, I came in for a panel interview with the manager and one of the supervisors of the department. Two weeks passed before I received an offer.
