I was contacted by a senior staff after posting my resume on career builder website and invited for a group interview. After that I was able to schedule one on one interview with the branch manager where my educational and work experience was reviewed. I was contacted by phone the next day and offered the position. I had to obtain state health and life insurance producer license, I was given a two week unpaid training before starting the job.
