I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda (Bangkok) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process started in January. There were 2 interview sessions in 1 day, with front-end development manager and back-end development manager, one hour each.
Mostly technical questions i.e. web architecture, load balance etc., several whiteboard questions including drawing class diagram, coding and optimizing algorithm and previous development experiences.
I got take home test one week later. Had to wait for 5 weeks after submitted the test. Then, I had another interview with other development manager. Similar to the previous one, asked about development experiences, web architecture and simple coding. This time they contacted me back one day later after the interview.
Overall, three interviewers treat me respectfully but the process was quite bad. I had to call the recruitment coordinator several times to ask for the feedback. They said they would give me an answer within a week, Still no answer. I keep calling once a week and got the same answer.

Just classic leetcode interview like you would do years ago interviewrs are nice but the interview process is outdated. After the leetcode you get a generic software discussion interview but with no mantion of ai or anything like that at all.
2 round 1st is DSA one easy and one medium problem followed by hiring manager round where project discussion is going on where deep dive into the projects focus is majorly on the architecture
In interviews, generic logic questions test clear thinking, assumptions, and reasoning under pressure, not factual knowledge. Interviewers want to see how candidates approach problems and explain conclusions calmly and logically.
