Was reached out to by a recruiter that just joined Agoda 2 months ago with no recruiting experience and it showed.
I attended the interview at 10:30pm on a Sunday due to the time difference to interview for a Sourcing Manager position that I never applied to. The recruiter spent about 10 mins with me and ended the interview without any consideration of the time or providing any of the details of what the job actual entails.
I received a decline email 2 days later. I expect more from such a large company and based on the reviews I thought I would receive a better experience.
