Aira Agent interview questions

I completed an online assessment, and some time later was contacted for an interview. I interviewed with two members of management. We talked about Aira, why I thought I would be a good fit for the job, etc. I then answered a call using the Agent Dashboard (one of the interviewers called in to simulate). I think this is so they could get an idea for how naturally using the Dashboard did or didn't come to me. I don't think I did a particularly good job with the task, but I'm pretty sure this isn't what they were looking for in an interview :)

Complete online assessment, provide proof of compliance with technology requirements, and then a video conference (Zoom) interview with a panel of three analysts. The process was efficient, well-organized, and provided a good introduction to what one could expect from the role, the training process, and next steps. Behavioral interviewing questions were coupled with an exercise that allows you to see in practice what the role can involved.
