Never got to the interview process as the recruitment manager would cancel day of, reschedule and then miss the call, send follow up email a week later. It was completely absurd. That said, I hope whomever finally gets hired for this role looks into bring onboard a more effective talent lead.

I applied to the head of people through Linkedln and got contacted shortly after by Aircall's talent team. We scheduled a call a couple days after. The recruiter was on time and very pleasant. We had a long conversation where I got to walk her through my experience. All questions were smart and relevant. It almost felt like we were just having a friendly conversation instead of doing an interview . Unfortunately I wasn't selected for the next round but it was a great experience overall. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process, very professional and agreeable.
