Phone screen with HR, then video chat with manager. If they like you then you’ll be brought on site to interview with about 5-6 people across different teams. Very straight forward questions. Just stress your Biz Dev skills in a way that’s applicable to the role.
Good interview process and communication throughout the process. Thought I did well and received positive feedback but ultimately didn’t get the role. I reached out to ask why (as you improve for future interviews) but never received a response back (little unprofessional seeing as how you were able to respond back throughout the entire interview process but couldn’t when I asked for feedback). But they manage to reach back out with an automated email asking me to leave a review on their Glassdoor page....still waiting on that feedback!

You’ll meet with multiple people on the team - if I recall correctly, my total interview process was 4 calls in total. Process concludes with a case study presentation, typically to multiple people.

Being able to articulate your logic and justifications for certain decisions you would make in the case study is very important!
After the first interview I was ghosted by the Line Manager. No emails. No calls. I didn’t understand the reason behind their unfriendly behaviour during the interview. I did my best to stay friendly and although I am highly experienced for that role I was ghosted.
