My interview process with Aircall was seamless; my recruiter Danielle was responsive and always kept me updated on next steps throughout each stage of the process. Everyone that I interviewed with was friendly and had a genuine interest in getting to know me and my experience. The interview panel and my recruiter were willing to adjust their schedules to accommodate my work schedule. Their was about 4 rounds of 1:1 interviews (virtual and in-person) and a business case presentation for a panel of judges. Each interview round felt more like a conversation than a formal "interview".
