Had a lovely first chat with the recruiter who was also very prompt on emails, who then promptly scheduled the next interview on the same call.
Met with the hiring manager and felt that he was definitely on the ruder side. He didn't show any interest in me as an individual or what I've done.
He asked questions in the beginning of the interview around Aircall as a product and whether I knew what their value proposition was and who they integrate with, which I thought were odd questions given the level of this role and the stage of this interview. He also tried to "GROW coach" me into answering some of the questions, which I also thought was odd in an interview.
Overall, I felt the whole interview was more about testing my knowledge about Aircall as opposed to understanding who I am as a leader and what I've done previously.
