Five Stage Process.
1. Zoom Call with Internal Recruiter (30 Minutes)
General discussion about experience and why you want to work at Aircall.
2. Zoom Interview with Head of Sales APAC (45 Minutes)
Deep probing questions about your sales methodology and what you could bring to Aircall.
3. Interview and Role Play with Senior Account Executive (One Hour)
Questions about culture fit, sales methodology and what makes you stand out compared to other candidates. Then a 20 minute role play discovery/demo call.
4. Zoom Interview with Global Head of Sales (30 Minutes)
Why aircall? Which teams do you think you will be working closely with? How do you drive new business?
5. Zoom Interview with Internal HR team member (30 Minutes)
Your general feedback on the interview process, why aircall?

Initial call with HR, then 2 interviews with the hiring manager and other people on the sales team. Final Interview with a discovery call role play. Overall pretty straightforward forward and everyone was professional and fully transparent about expectations and the role.
