I gave it a shot and applied to this role without any industry experience, but with many transferable skills. I had an overall good experience, particularly with my screening with the recruiter and first interview with the hiring manager (whom I decided to meet on-site), who were very pleasant and showed the utmost professionalism. I moved on to three more interviews with each team member and I overall felt that they lacked experience in interviewing and didn't really ask behavioral or skill-related questions, but more so on the job itself that only someone with the experience would know of, knowing that I didn't have the experience myself. Even with the research based on what's available on their site, it's hard to understand what goes on beyond that. I finally got a bit of a better understanding of who exactly they were targeting during the last interview, however, the questions felt a little too advanced for someone with my experience (or lack of). Did not get the role but thought they moved quickly and were very professional throughout the process, and the office is beautiful!
