The interview process was pretty standard, but quickly went downhill. I went through all rounds and received a generic rejection email after progressing four rounds with no insight as to why I was rejected. First round was a screening with a recruiter, followed by a zoom with the hiring manager and a culture fit with a team member. The fourth round was a case study and a 30 minute debrief with the hiring manager. The biggest shortcoming of the process was the lack of communication and amount of time the interview took- 8 weeks. Reading through other reviews it appears this is not a one off situation either.
